I'm Paolo, a multifaceted artist, a multi-instrumentalist from Italy who moved to Amsterdam in 2019 to enjoy the NDSM creativity residency. I play in different bands, produce electronic music, and make paintings. In 2017, during my academic experience in the painting department of the ABBA in Italy, I wrote my thesis, called 'Tuftupa' about the improvisation process which included the theory and various examples of personal experimentation that I have made through the years since 2013. From this thesis, I developed a unique and new way of teaching the process of improvisation and creating artistic and experimental environments.
